Ongoing Lessons From the Pandemic: Addressing Youth Mental Health and Opportunities for Resilience

Focus topics will include

Educational issues, parenting concerns, social connections, uses of technology devices, and other emotional and behavioral factors, with special consideration of the impact on Homeless Youth and Youth of Color. This presentation will emphasize strategies for assessment and social emotional wellness supports as we move forward. This will be especially informative for mental health professionals, parents,
educators, physicians, community members, and legal and public health officials.

Featured Keynote Speakers

Dacher Keltner, Ph.D., is the Founding Director of the Greater Good Science Center and a Professor of Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.

Joyce Dorado, Ph.D., is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of California San Francisco at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, and the Co-Founder and Director of UCSF Healthy Environments and Response to Trauma in Schools (HEARTS).
