Jon Ervin Nadherny

Jon Ervin Nadherny was 23 years old when he took his own life. He was an experienced back packer and Eagle Scout who enjoyed mountain climbing and down-slope skiing.

A native of Palo Alto, Jon graduated from Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose. Six months prior to his death, Jon graduated from the University of California Davis with a degree in International Agricultural Development.

Jon’s death was a tragic loss to his family and all who knew him. The Symposiums are a wonderful legacy and give a real sense of purpose to Jon’s life. He was a beloved son, brother and nephew.
